Depending on the end client's agreement with FocusVision, your project may be setup using a universal client access link or a secure login process.
InterVu provides four different login methods.
Master Code and Password
If you received an email from your InterVu project manager titled “Client InterVu Login Information…” project observers will only need the master code and password link in that email:
Feel free to forward it along to anyone you would like to view and have access to the archives.
If you received an email titled “Project Leader/Research Coordinator InterVu Login Information…” that means you are working on a “Secure Login” project. You will need to login to your FocusVision Librarian account and add observers to a permissions list for them to join.

Video on Demand
If your project involves the Master Video on Demand (VOD) login method, your login information will look like this:
Feel free to forward it along to anyone you would like to view and have access to the archives. After clicking on the link, each user will need to manually input the master code and password, followed by their contact information.
If your project involves the Video Insights login method, you will need to login to the Video Insights portal using one of the following links (if you’re not sure which link to use or do not have a Video Insights account, please check with your assigned InterVu Project Manager):
